Trevor Ledlie
Trevor’s first foray into a kitchen was at the age of
13 in Ireland. After immigrating to Canada Trevor worked at
various hotels and restaurants in Toronto before joining The
Briars nine years ago. |

After working at The Doctors House, Pangaea and Aqua, Matthew
joined The Briars to work with friend and mentor Trevor Ledlie
